PHOTOGRAPHERS WANTED: Sat., May 13, 2017
Position: Science Rendezvous is looking for 2-3 volunteer photographers to shoot the Science Fair, the Science Chase, and a street festival. You need only stay for as long as needed to get good shots, but the more the better! (That said, please don’t rely on your digital camera screens as they’re not good indicators of a good shot.)
Organization: Science Rendezvous - University of Toronto Chapter.
Science Rendezvous (SR) is a non-profit organization that partners with over 30 of Canada’s top universities and research institutions to present an annual, nation-wide, outreach festival that is free for everyone. By bringing S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) to the streets through tours, demonstrations, experiments, and other hands-on activities, the initiative looks to promote S.T.E.M. awareness. More importantly, it works to make S.T.E.M. fun again, thereby inspiring the next generation of young minds!
